Yay for coupons!

Peter is finally getting his hair cut! Hoorah! Hoorah! Thanks Emily!

So, we had to fill some prescriptions today, and we had a coupon to get a free $30 gift card if we transferred a prescription. There were 2 transfers and 2 new prescriptions. We got there, and they had changed their program so that you got a $30 card for each transfer... so we get $60! The 2 transfers, however, won't come until tomorrow, so we can't get the gift card until then. But as he was leaving with the 2 new prescriptions, the people goofed and gave him one $30 card that he wasn't supposed to get. So he went to give it back, and they told him, "meh... it's the last one in the box... we'll just give it to you." So a free $90 bucks, $30 of which we weren't supposed to get, and another $30 we didn't know we could get. One of those silly-fun things that makes your day. I mean, it pretty much just covers the cost of the prescriptions... but I'd rather get $100 worth of prescriptions for $10 than for $100!


Another appointment today...
Still protein, and I'm having to do another 24 hour urine collect for that.
They waited to take my blood pressure until the end of my appointment, and it was 132/100. They retook it a bit after that, and it was at 140/92. So they put me on blood pressure medication to hopefully stabilize it. My next appointment is on Monday, and my nurse said that if it's not stabilized by then, then we'll have to talk about taking the baby.

Funny thing is, Peter predicted the 29th of September, and he's been saying for several weeks now that he thinks she'll come next week. Weird if she does!
